Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping within India only, and orders through this website are limited to PIN codes starting with "125", primarily serving the Hisar region (Haryana).
Orders Outside Hisar
If you wish to place an order for delivery outside the Hisar region, please contact us directly. Alternatively, you may choose in-store pickup from our offline store, an option provided during the checkout process.
Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select public holidays. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification via email with tracking details (if applicable).
Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Haryana: 2 – 5 business days
Rest of India: 4 – 10 business days
Stock Clearance Items
Products with prices ending in "99" are designated as Stock Clearance items. These items are offered at significantly reduced prices as part of our effort to clear older inventory and make space for new stock.
Please note the following conditions apply to all Stock Clearance items:
Limited or No Warranty: Clearance items may carry limited warranty coverage or none at all. Warranty details, if applicable, will be specified on the individual product listing.
Final Sale: All clearance items are sold on a final sale basis and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Availability: Stock is limited and items are available while supplies last. We do not guarantee the availability of any clearance product.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice and are only valid while listed on the website.
By purchasing a Stock Clearance item, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Order Cancellation & Modification
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
However, once the order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes. In such cases, cancellation or modification will not be possible, and the order will be considered final.

Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be returned or canceled.
Return Policy
Please note that items cannot be returned once the order has been processed. All sales are final after processing.

The resolution for any product found to be defective under warranty will be provided exclusively by the brand's authorized service centre.
The seller is not responsible for warranty claims, as all such matters fall under the manufacturer’s or brand’s terms and conditions.
All disputes arising in relation to warranty or product issues shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hansi only.
