Hitu Says: Why Can’t We Trust the Facts?

Hey… it's me, Hitu. 👋
Just had something on my mind today… and I felt like sharing.


Why is it so hard to accept facts?
Why do we ignore what’s already in front of us… crystal clear?


Let me begin with the biggest truth I know:
We don’t work just for you.
We don’t even work just for ourselves.


We’re building a system.
A system where both the buyer and the seller are respected.
Where truth is not optional, and peace is the real goal.


And trust me, it’s not easy.
What we’re doing here at Hitechers —
Not everyone can do it.


Even if they have the same shop, same money, same people, same time —
Still, they won’t.

Because it’s not about resources.
It’s about mindset.


It’s about commitment.
It’s about being there… always.


🌧️ In the rains, we’re here.
☀️ In the heat, we’re here.
🌬️ In the cold, we’re here.
🎉 During festivals, we’re still here.


Even when we’re unwell… we show up.
Because that’s how much we care.


But then… something happens.
A product doesn’t work, or something breaks,
And suddenly we hear things like:


🗣️ “I bought it from you, so you fix it.”
🗣️ “I don’t know the company. I know only you.”
🗣️ “Keep the item. Tell me when it’s repaired.”
🗣️ “My work is stuck. Replace it now.”
🗣️ “I’ll send a legal notice. I want refund, interest, and compensation.”


And I wonder… why?


We are resellers.
We sell genuine branded products.
The brand gives the warranty.
They provide service.
We help you reach them.


We share their helpline.
We tell you the service location.


But still, we get blamed.
Some even ask us to visit their homes to install the product.
Some ask us to teach them how to use it.


And some… speak to us with anger, stress, and bad words.


Is that really fair?


Yes, you bought the product from us.
Yes, you're now part of Hitechers.
But that doesn’t mean we don’t have other customers.


Our time matters too.


You have Google, YouTube, user manuals, brand helpdesks —
Everything is available.
Still, pressure is created — on us.


But here’s what I don’t get…


Why can’t we follow facts?
🔹 You know branded products come with brand terms.
🔹 You know we asked you to check everything before paying.
🔹 You know we’re not the service center.


Still… we pretend we didn’t know.
Still… we push our responsibilities onto others.


Let’s be real.
We all make promises to ourselves:


“I’ll stay calm.”
“I’ll speak with respect.”
“I’ll buy wisely.”
“I won’t create pressure.”


But when the moment comes —
We forget all of it.
And unknowingly… we ruin the peace — for everyone.


So, let me say this clearly:


🙋‍♂️ For our customers:
We never force you to buy anything.
You choose your product.
We only suggest what matches your needs and budget.
We give sealed branded products — no tricks, no pressure.


💼 And for Hitechers:
We’re not just running a business.
We’re building a system.


We believe in truth, respect, and peace.
We won’t play pricing games.
We won’t make false promises.
We want customers who trust the process — not just the price tag.


Yes — we know not everyone will be happy.
And we’re okay with that.
Because what we’re building is real.
It’s strong. It’s honest. It’s long-term.


One last truth?


When someone says, “I love Hitechers,”
They’re not just talking about the store.
They’re talking about what they experienced.


The comfort.
The peace.
The honesty.


This is your product.
This is your Hitechers.


So please, let’s build together.
Let’s respect each other.
Let’s trust the facts.
