Hitu Says: Why Can’t We Trust the Facts?

03/05/2025 01:44 PM By Hitesh

Hey... it's me, Hitu. 👋
Just had something on my mind today... and felt like sharing it with you.

Why is it so hard to accept facts?
Why do we ignore what is already in front of us... clear and simple?

Let me start with one truth I keep learning again and again:

We don’t work just for you.
We don’t even work just for ourselves.

We are building a system.
A system where both buyer and seller are respected.
Where truth is not optional, and peace is the real goal.

It sounds simple, but it is not.

What we are trying to do at Hitechers is not easy.
Even if someone has the same shop, same money, same people, same time...

Still, they will not do it the same way.

Because it is not about resources.
It is about mindset.
It is about commitment.
It is about showing up... again and again.

We are here in every situation.

🌧️ In rains, we are here.
☀️ In heat, we are here.
🌬️ In cold, we are here.
🎉 In festivals, we are still here.

Even when health is not perfect... we show up.
Because that is the responsibility we feel.

But then something happens.

A product stops working. Or something goes wrong.
And suddenly, we hear things like:

"I bought it from you, so you fix it."
"I only know you, not the company."
"Keep the product, tell me when it is repaired."
"My work is stuck, replace it now."
"I will send legal notice, I want refund, interest, compensation."

And honestly... it makes me think.

Why does this always come to us?

We are resellers.
We sell genuine branded products.

The brand gives warranty.
The brand provides service.
We only help you connect to them.

We share helplines.
We guide service locations.
We support where we can.

But still, blame often comes to us.

Some ask us to visit homes for installation.
Some ask us to teach everything step by step.
Some speak with anger, stress, or even harsh words.

Is that really fair?

Yes, you bought from us.
Yes, you are part of Hitechers family.

But that does not mean we control everything.

You also have Google.
You also have YouTube.
You also have manuals and brand support.

Still, pressure comes back to us.

Let’s be honest for a moment.

We all promise ourselves:

"I will stay calm."
"I will speak respectfully."
"I will buy carefully."
"I will not create pressure."

But in real moments...
we forget.

And sometimes, unknowingly, we disturb peace for everyone involved.

So here is what I want to say clearly:

For our customers:

We never force you to buy anything.
You choose your product.
We only suggest what fits your need and budget.
We give sealed, branded products. No tricks. No hidden games.

For Hitechers:

We are not just running a business.
We are building a system.

A system based on truth, respect, and peace.
We will not play pricing games.
We will not make false promises.

We want customers who trust the process, not just the price tag.

Yes, not everyone will be happy.
And we are okay with that.

Because what we are building is long term.
It is real. It is honest.

When someone says "I love Hitechers"...
they are not just talking about a store.

They are talking about experience.
The comfort. The clarity. The honesty.

So let’s build this together.
Let’s respect each other.
Let’s stay with facts, not emotions in the wrong moment.

The point is to understand.
We are here to learn. Why so? Sorted.
