“I bought this from you, so YOU fix it.”
“I only know you, not the brand.”
“I’m leaving this product here. Tell me when it’s repaired.”
“My work is stuck. Either fix it NOW or give me a new one!”
“If not resolved, I’ll send a legal notice. I want my money back WITH interest... and compensation!”

🎯 Let’s be clear: Hitechers is a reseller, not the brand.


We don’t manufacture the products.
We don’t own service centers.
We don’t create the warranty terms.

We bring you the best products from genuine brand-authorized distributors.
And almost all products come with a brand warranty — which means the brand is responsible for service and support, not us.


🛍️ Online or Offline, the rule is the same:

  • Offline buyers: You can check the product before buying. We encourage it!

  • Online buyers: You receive a sealed product directly from the brand. If there’s an issue, just reach out to the brand’s helpline or service center.


We’ll guide you happily.
We’ll share contact numbers, service center locations, even help you understand the process. But friends, we can’t replace or repair it ourselves. We’re not the factory. 😅
